kettlebell FOR BEGINNERS

Kettlebell For Beginners is a beginner friendly group class that focuses on strength and competency in kettlebell lifting.

Each session will focus on a few basics such as swings, cleans, press, windmill, Turkish get up, and more. Then a workout is put together to ensure you get a full body workout from kettlebell training!

If you are completely new to kettlebells or need to brush up on your skills, start here!

The unique shape of the kettlebell challenges the body in ways that traditional training tools can’t. This is a high intensity class geared towards fitness enthusiasts who want a good mix of strength training and conditioning using kettlebells.
